I spoke to the front desk They were very apologetic they told me to talk with the housekeeping staff when I spoke with the manager of the house keeping staff I told her I wasnt staying in the room she thought just because they cleaned it I would be fine with that I told her no when back & talked with the front desk they then gave me another room that was okay but I was kind of mad about the room because the first room had a view of the water this room was on the other side with a view of trees I felt like they shouldve accommodated me with a better view because it was their fault the room had to be changed in the first place but other then the staff was friendly the food was good and the drinks was great the atmosphere and look of the resort was very nice. if the company chooses to hide the private information on their profile from the general public.
