Get rid of fancy BCG sand use a standard one. Use a quality recoil spring. Than, lift the rifle up about 1 foot or so and bring it onto the ground with considerable force. In a quick powerful motion shove the rifle forward and hang on causing it to come to a sudden stop. Sounds like your buffer tube may not be threaded in far enough to keep the retainer pin from popping up, causing it to catch the bolt carrier when it goes past it. Perhaps at least a little between the carrier and bolt, as well as a tiny bit in the star chamber near the lugs will help, at least until the rifle settles in a bit. I have had military rifles where the part of the forward assist that actually contacts the bolt breaks and locks the bolt forward. Something wedged in there is your culprit and knowing what gives you an idea of what you are up against. Sale. The bcg should come right back.
